ABOUT ME
I spent twenty-five years leading teams before I ever called myself a coach.
I've owned a P&L, built and scaled teams, and been accountable for decisions that affected people, performance, and the business. What I learned along the way is that the hardest leadership problems are rarely solved by strategy alone.
There is usually something happening underneath the visible problem.
A belief shaping how a leader responds under pressure. A conversation no one wants to have. Influence that doesn't follow the org chart. A gap between what a leader intends and how they are actually experienced by the people around them.
I've always paid attention to those dynamics. Growing up across countries and cultures taught me early to notice how people communicate, where influence really sits, and what is being said without being spoken. Over time, that became one of the most important capabilities I bring to my work.
Today I coach CEOs and senior executives who are already accomplished. They don't need another person telling them how to lead. They need someone who can help them see what is difficult to see from inside their own role.
Sometimes that means challenging a belief that helped them succeed but is now limiting them. Sometimes it means confronting a pattern on the leadership team. Sometimes it means understanding why everyone agreed in the meeting and nothing happened afterward.
I use frameworks when they're useful. But the framework is never the work.
The work is helping a leader see clearly, make the harder decision, have the conversation they've been avoiding, and lead in a way that creates movement around them.
The moments that matter most to me are often quiet ones. A leader stops proving. Stops carrying everything. Sees the situation differently and knows what to do next.
That's when leadership changes.
